Connecting AI tools no longer stalls for multi-organization users

Approving an AI tool's access request could fail with an authorization error if you belong to more than one organization and hadn't picked one yet. In some cases the approval screen stayed blocked until you signed out. It now loads no matter which organization is active, and granting access still asks you to choose the organization it applies to.
