Choose exactly which changes each webhook receives

Webhooks can now be narrowed by record type, action, and entity kind. For example, you can send only updates to Services, or only scorecard results for your Systems. You can also attach custom headers, such as an authorization token your endpoint expects. Event types now name the record that changed, such as componecat.catalog-entity.updated. If your endpoint routes on the event type, update it.
